William Ghersi is the co-founder of Tax Alphas. He started his carrier in the finance field working for a Fortune 100 company with over $330 Billion in assets as a financial advisor, quickly earning his 214 License and working with clients to effectively plan for their future.

 

Although the income was good, he knew money was not everything in life and he quickly found himself unmotivated by the pressure of having to sell to clients as opposed to really helping clients to their best needs. During his free time, he earned his real estate license where he shortly dabbled in buying, fixing, and reselling homes. He quickly realized this was another great way of earning money but struggled to find the passion to wake up everyday and go to work. It wasn’t until Vanessa saw how hard he was working and how little of a work-life balance he had that she suggested he join her in her passion of tax preparation.

 

In 2019, Will, under the close guidance of Vanessa, quickly learned the business and had a great deal of success with his connections in bringing on board not only clients, but other like minded individuals to learn the business. As his third year of doing tax preparations, Will has become a priceless asset to the company, always looking to grow and expand in order to help his clients get the most out of their returns.
