Founder & Owner

Jagninet Caceres is the founder of Tax Alphas, a leader in tax preparation services. Before devoting her work fulltime to TaxAlphas, Jagninet worked in the healthcare industry helping elderly patients carry on in life.

She took her passion of helping others to the finance field where she noticed there was a lack of independent tax preparers, as most worked under large firms where they would get lost as just another employee.

In 2012, she sought to find a way of bringing together her love of spending time in nature, specifically the beach, and removing the barriers of having to work within an office. She came up with the idea of doing virtual returns, where not only she could work from wherever but she could also give time back to her clients in not having to make appointments in order to take care of their finances.

Since then, she has leveraged the power of the internet to quickly and effectively provide one-of-a-kind solutions tailored to each client without the need of meeting in person, something that now due to COVID has become extremely popular. She has found her passion in also helping other preparers find financial independence and take back their role as a tax preparer rather than an employee.

Year over year, she makes it a point to continue her education through independent seminars, NATP and NSTP lectures, both of which she is a long time member, and investing in courses that pay her clients back ten-fold.

Her experience has made her very effective in dealing with the IRS in order to overcome hurdles for her clients.
